All quotes provided are estimates based on the information given at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary depending on actual condition of the vehicle, unforeseen complications, or changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.
A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.
We stand behind the quality of our work and materials. Warranty periods vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement. Supreme Customs is not liable for damage to your vehicle resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or improper use following our service.
While your vehicle is in our care, we will take reasonable precautions to protect it. However, Supreme Customs is not responsible for theft, fire, or damage to your vehicle or its contents while on our premises, except where caused by our negligence.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Deposits for cancelled services may be non-refundable if work has already begun or materials have been ordered.
By using our services, you grant Supreme Customs permission to photograph your vehicle and use these images for marketing purposes, including social media and our website. If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, please inform us in writing.
Custom modifications may affect your vehicle's warranty, insurance coverage, or compliance with local regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that any modifications comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
